Thank you for purchasing a digital product from Finfluent. Because our products are delivered instantly in a downloadable PDF format, all sales are generally considered final, and traditional returns do not apply.

However, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you experience an issue with your digital file or believe the product does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help.


Digital Product Policy (PDF Downloads)

No Physical Returns

Since PDF downloads are delivered electronically and cannot be ā€œreturned,ā€ we do not accept physical or digital returns.


Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund under the following conditions:

  1. You contact us within 7 days of your purchase

  2. You email us at finfluent.invest@gmail.com

  3. You include:

    • Your order number

    • The email address used at checkout

    • A brief explanation of the issue or reason for requesting a refund

We review each request individually to better understand how we can improve our products.


Refund Approval

A refund may be approved if:

  • You received the wrong file

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable

  • You purchased by mistake and have not downloaded the file

  • You provide a valid reason that helps us improve the product experience

Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will generally not be granted if:

  • You have already downloaded the PDF and simply no longer want it

  • You changed your mind without providing feedback or a reason

  • The request is made after 7 days of purchase

  • You attempt to return a product that is inherently non-returnable
